Vernon and Ada's New Home
The site was interesting— like dropping down 70 feet, but with the aid of engineered
footings and pad and making the plan longer, and cantilevering the back, the owner was
able to come up with a plan that has gotten a lot of good comments from everyone that’s entered.
The high perch, at first a liability, has turned out to be a real treasure.
