Astrid's New Home
Astrid's
home was designed by Architect Chuck Dickey. The home incorporates a unique
heating system using aluminum coated plywood radiant sub flooring produced by
Warmboard, and powered by a Buderus propane heating system using Pex hydronic
tubing. Of all the radiant heating systems, it would have to be one of the best.
Combined with 6 inch walls, this home will have very low heating bills. The
interior floors are wide oak, stained pecan and finished with a waterborne
finish. Window glass was a custom order due to the size.
